Provide a trainee assistant coach and enjoy a 10% discount on rowing fees
- Must be comfortable being trained to pilot a motor boat, to instruct rowers, communicate practice plans and maintain safe environment for athletes on the water
- Requires safe sport, CPR and background check if affiliated with a youth program
Opt for fiberglass only rowing equipment rather than the high performance (and higher cost) carbon and coastal rowing shells for an additional 10% discount on rowing fees.
- High performance equipment is not necessary for1st year rowers not competing at national regattas.
